What brand of security do you supply and install?

We source the highest of quality security from Prowler Proof. Prowler Proof security is like no other in Australia. Their heavy duty aluminum frames boast fully welded corners for maximum strength and style. No screws or rivets. Manufacturing right here in Queensland, Australia.

What is your lead time?

Our lead time from security deposit clearance to installation is currently 4-6 weeks (this may vary).

Do you supply and install flyscreen/insect screen?

We do not install flyscreen/insect screening. We specialise in security only.

Do you install security screens to pivot doors?

We do not install security for pivot doors. Pivot doors require external framework.

Do you complete repairs?

We generally only complete repairs on Prowler Proof products/ products installed by ourselves.

What brand of shutters do you supply and install?

Infinity Shutters. Manufactured right here in Queensland, Australia.

How long is your warranty on security products and what does it entail?

Prowler Proof offers a 10 year full replacement warranty. We will replace your product in the unlikely event that it is required rather than remove and repair (leaving you unprotected). You would simply contact us to arrange an inspection.
